Registering new patients just got easier..

1. New patients can self-register their details online via the website
2. Or Send email or SMS to patient with a link to the New Patient Info Form
3. New patient fills out the Patient Information form and submit it online
4. New patient is notified that the information has been received.
5. Reception / Admin receives an email from website when a submission is lodged
6. Email contains a PDF attachment of completed Client Patient Information Form
7. Save and upload the Attached PDF Patient Form in Genie.
8. Completed Forms are automatically saved on the secured website
